Commercial Soft Washing and Rust Removal for Green Stone in Alpena, MI
This commercial pressure washing project called for a lot of elbow grease. The building and sign had some gnarly iron/rust stains on them from years and years of hard water spraying the siding from their irrigation system. The building also had quite a bit of organic growth on the siding due to the trees casting shade over it. We had to employ our proprietary iron and rust cleaning solution in order to get the stains out of the sign and siding. We also used our proprietary cleaning solution to melt away the algae on the siding without using an ounce of pressure. This job had to be done with care, and it also needed an extra punch from our fast-acting cleaning solutions. The result was a sparkling white sign, gleaming siding, and a beyond happy customer!
